BE PURPOSEFUL - Find the spot for you and/or your family to tune in - the living room, the kitchen table, an office; find the place that works best.
• Silence your phone and turn off the TV.
• Close out of email, social media, and other apps on your devices.
• Treat these services as you would any service.
