  • Dr Charles Wetherbee

    Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Pastor Wetherbee was saved at 14 years of age and called to preach at age 15. He graduated from the Bible Baptist Seminary in 1973 and pastored in Columbus, GA for 18 years. Currently, Pastor Wetherbee is serving his in his 20th year at Victory. He and his wife Shelley have two children, Jason and Tammy, and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Wetherbee has served at Victory since 1993.

  • Rob Catuto

    After growing up in Providence, RI, Rob attended Pensacola Christian College where he earned his BA and travelled for two years as a college representative. After he and his wife, Patti, were married, they moved to Victory Baptist to serve as youth director at the beginning of 1994. After serving in that capacity for 12 years, Rob transitioned into his current role of administrative and financial duties. He and Patti have four children: Robbie, Tessa, Emma, and Vinnie.

  • Joel mcclure

    Joel was raised in a pastor's home in North Richland Hills, TX and spent many summers traveling with his father leading VBS in churches across the country. Since 1982, Joel and his wife, Penny, have lived in Weatherford and faithfully served in various ministries. After being in the construction business for many years, Joel felt the Lord's leading to become full-time staff at VBC as Children's Director and Maintenance Supervisor. Joel's commitment to children and imaginative creativity can be seen in our phenomenal Discovery Zone kid's program and his annual Vacation Bible School. He and Penny have three children: Jeremy, Amanda, and Micah and have two grandchildren. Joel has served at Victory since 2004.

  • sherry DICKERsoN

    Sherry was born and raised in Weatherford and has seen a lot of changes during those years. She and her husband, Erwin, served for several years at a church in Mineral Wells before moving to Iran for two years due to her husband's employment at Bell International. Sherry has been a member of VBC since 1979 and has served as the church secretary since 1993. Sherry and Erwin have three sons and seven grandchildren. 

  • scott stovall

    Not only was Scott born and raised in Weatheford, he also has been at VBC his whole life. His mother was a charter member. After five years of helping with church maintenance, Scott began working full-time as the custodian nine years ago. He and his wife Katie, who teaches at a local elementary school, have been married for 8 years. They have one daughter, Lily, who they adopted in January of 2008. Scott has served at Victory since 2001.

  • kelly ticzkus

    Kelly grew up in Springfield, TN, and met her husband, Matt, while attending Pensacola Christian College. After completing her bachelors degree in Advertising/PR with a Graphic Design minor, she and Matt moved to Texas to serve at Victory. She has worked part-time at Victory since June of 2008. Kelly and Matt have three children, Trenton, Brittany and Brady

  • kim wilkinson

    Kim grew up in the small town of Bally, Pennsylvania. She attended Cedar Crest College receiving a certificate in accounting. She was saved in 2006 and married Doug Wilkinson in 2007. Prior to moving to Texas in January 2013 she worked for over 24 years in the manufacturing environment as the head of purchasing and then as director of operations. In December 2013 she delightfully accepted the opportunity to serve as Church Secretary.
